Fees explained

The ticket price you see is the price you will pay.

In line with new legislation, all ticket prices for RHS Malvern Spring Festival are now displayed inclusive of third party booking and transaction fees from the point of purchase. This may make the advertised price look higher than in previous years. However, fees that would previously have been shown separately during checkout are now included upfront. No additional booking or transaction fees will be added at the end of your purchase. The fee is calculated according to the ticket or add-on price and includes a fixed £0.45 charge per item, with any additional AXS ticket order or transaction fees stated separately. The total shown when you select your ticket is therefore the final amount you will pay for that item. This change gives you a clearer, more straightforward purchasing experience and full price transparency from the outset.
